Position: Retail Associate 

Location: Clovis, NM 

Duration: Part-time: Sundays from 12:30-5:00, & flexible availability Tues-Friday   

Salary: $12.50-$14.50 -  Hourly pay based on applicant's skill and experience 

Position Summary: 

We are looking for a Retail Associate to join our team to ensure that customers have a satisfactory shopping experience and help customers check out after choosing the items they need from the store. Your main duties will be to work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and process purchases. You will also be responsible for working alongside management and fellow employees to maintain the store’s visual appearance and inventory. We expect this position to be filled by an individual who is courteous, knowledgeable, detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills.

Assistant Meat Cutter

Position: Assistant Meat Cutter 

Location: Clovis, NM 

Duration: Part-time ( Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays ) 

Salary: $13-$15.50 Hourly pay based on applicant's skill and experience 

Position Summary: 

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual, to assist the head butcher in providing high-quality products and services to our customers. The Assistant butcher’s main focus will be to fabricate primals into retail cuts, label and package cuts for retail sale. You will also interact with customers to determine their needs, and provide advice regarding proper cuts of meat and preparation methods. This position will report directly to the head butcher and will be responsible for cutting and preparing meat and other miscellaneous responsibilities in the absence of the head butcher. 

We expect this position to be filled by an individual who is courteous, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. You should have good communication skills and a strong desire to learn. Experience is preferred but not necessary, on-the-job training will be provided.
